The equipment, training, software (nutritional analysis & accounting), training tapes/DVD's, educational tapes/DVD's, marketing materials, local and national marketing, the ability to buy (special wholesale prices) and sell the specially formulated whole food and herb products and equipment, as well as the continued support and education are provided via the corporate office.

Can this be a Home Based Business?
The centers can be either home based or a retail space business. Most are enjoying the American dream of investing in themselves and owning their establishment through a home based operation. Feasability Studies are done which include extensive demographics for each territory to determine the demand, the potential, as well as area growth and potential limiting factors.

What does it require In the Home for a Home Based Business?
The requirements are for 2 rooms and a bathroom all in close proximity and easy to access. Because Licensees don’t have the restrictions of a Franchise, the Sanctuary décor becomes the individual’s choice with approval from the Energy Essentials™ design department. It’s a mutual, logistical choice to insure the ideal set up and standards required for optimum, successful operation.

All centers receive a Grand Opening with newspaper, usually radio and T.V. publicity that has been highly effective. The Training Program has extensive marketing tools and strategies to not only jump start the business but to keep a steady flow. Research and experience has shown that the best form of advertising is successfully helping your clients and the referrals that follow abundantly. Catie does several radio shows weekly throughout the country, is a regular on KNX, Los Angeles area Radio Station-one of the most popular stations throughout the country. Topics on her new book, “The Truth About Calcium,” or “Magnetic Miracles”, Will the Real Vitamin C Stand Up?!, and Detoxification for Weight Loss, Whole Foods for Medicine,…. She also does extensive Television including her new infomercial for Veggie Cal being aired nationwide which also promotes Energy Essentials Centers. The Centers PR Firm focuses locally on the markets for radio, television, and print as well as internet promotion of each of the centers. The focus for television is on the local stations to help promote Grand Openings as well as promote various health topics which direct customers directly to the centers. The PR Firms focus for the centers growth is on magazines such as Business Week, Entrepreneur Magazine (highlighting the centers as well as the popularity and growth potential of this novel business), Women’s Magazines, as well as local Journals & Newspapers to promote the centers and the owners.

Do you Need More Marketing in a Home Based Center?
A home based center has the advantage of less overhead and the warmth and coziness which is getting so much acclaim in the press and that is what we will continue to focus on. At this time, we are only bringing in Co-Founders. A Co-Founder is like the Board of Director Centers who has a strong desire to continue to perfect the center’s concept, whole food products, and unique procedures. They are the foundation of this great organization and they give feedback to the corporate office to make the centers the best they can be. For that dedication, they receive their centers for a reduced rate of $45,000.

Financial Projections

Please note the following realistic projections are based on (conservative) numbers when a Licensee actively works approximately one month of the Energy Essentials™ program. This includes utilizing marketing strategies learned in the training program, utilizing all of the equipment provided, and having an operational working environment. Please note that this is not considered 100% up and running. It would be approximately 60-75% operational (with equipment, services, build out, the learning curve…). The potential for equipment sales was not included in these projections but should not be dismissed either.

Keep in "your mind" that these are "PROJECTIONS" and should not be confused with "POTENTIALS". Thus, as we let go of limitations that projections can create and embrace what our minds continue to manifest, limitations are vehicles to continued growth and abundance.
